Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Kingdom Cares Transportation mobile application. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Kingdom Cares Transportation LLC provides a technology platform connecting individuals who need non-emergency transportation ("Riders") with independent contractors who provide transportation services ("Care Providers" or "Drivers"). Kingdom Cares is not a transportation company; we are a technology intermediary. All Care Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Kingdom Cares.
Riders may request rides in real time or schedule them in advance. Ride pricing is displayed before you confirm your booking. By confirming, you agree to pay the displayed fare plus any applicable fees.
You may cancel a ride before a driver is matched at no charge. Cancellations made after a driver has been matched or is en route may incur a cancellation fee as displayed in the app.
Riders must treat Care Providers with respect. Kingdom Cares reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for harassment, threats, property damage, or other abusive behavior.
Care Providers are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Kingdom Cares and any Care Provider. Care Providers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws.
All Care Providers must consent to and pass a background check prior to activation. Kingdom Cares may re-run background checks periodically. Failure to pass or disclose required information may result in account termination.
Riders are charged through our secure payment processor. Care Providers receive earnings minus the Kingdom Cares service fee, paid on a schedule disclosed in the Driver app. Kingdom Cares reserves the right to adjust service fees with advance notice. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the ride.
Kingdom Cares provides an in-app safety button that can contact emergency services or designated emergency contacts. We conduct driver background checks but cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. You agree to use the app at your own risk and to report safety concerns immediately to our support team and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Cares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Kingdom Cares in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Cares Transportation LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Kingdom Cares services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property claims. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
Kingdom Cares may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, safety concerns, or fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Kingdom Cares Transportation LLC ("Kingdom Cares," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of our mobile application and services.

We access your device location in real time during active rides to enable GPS tracking and navigation. You may disable location access in your device settings, but this will prevent core app functionality. We do not track your location when the app is closed or when you are not in an active session.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Ride history is retained for 3 years for safety, legal, and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@kingdomcares.com. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or ongoing investigations.
Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong password and report any suspicious activity.
